Zak and Abz were very friendly, knowledgeable and patient when I bought a fiat 500 off them , I had lots of questions and was a little worried because they arranged for the car to be delivered to my door in the north east without me even doing a test drive but I need not have been worried , im very pleased with my car and was a very good price and even though a 2009 car it has bluetooth and the car is in great condition and I get a 3 month warranty, they had sent me a video of it beforehand and I couldn't resist ,I was very pleased with aftercare especially because I hadn't drove a duologic car before, but they explained everything. Just bought a fiat 500 from A12 Automotive. The salesman Zac was absolutely amazing, he is everything you hope for when buying a new car from a dealer. Zac was honest about the cars history and condition. He has been totally transparent and has given me superb advise along the way. When I came to ilford on the Saturday via train, zac picked me up from ilford station to let me test drive the car. He did this because I was struggling to get an uber to the dealership. He also answered the million questions I had. He then accommodated for me by opening the shop up on a Sunday (they aren’t open on Sundays) so that I could come back down and bring my mum down with me to look at the car more properly and thoroughly. I decided to buy the car there and then. It was a swift, easy process, he went through and spoke us through everything we needed to know. Also, before we came he was giving the car a full clean. His since then offered to deliver the car to my house and give the seats an extra clean as I wasn’t able to bring the car back with me on that Sunday. When I came on the Saturday, I was on my own, I’m only a young girl, and know nothing about cars, he could have fed me a load of lies, hid stuff from me and pushed me to buy it there and then but he didn’t do any of that, which I’m sure some dealers probably would! He made me feel very comfortable and he was super professional throughout. Very reasonably priced car in excellent condition! You can tell these guys don’t sell any old cr** Would 100% recommend. They also source cars too if they don’t have what you’re currently looking for!
Fantastic experience with the guys from A12 Automotive. They took the time to understand my needs and answered all of my questions. As a relatively inexperienced driver, I came away from my conversations with them more educated about cars. Their proactivity and eye for detail meant that my car purchase was wrapped up in two days. I would have bought the car on the day I saw it, if I had remembered my glasses! Car purchases can be tricky but the guys at A12 Automotive are communicative, trustworthy, reliable and extremely friendly. I won’t look any further when looking for my next car, or recommending those who need a new car.
Although we didn’t end up buying the car, I’d highly recommend this seller. He was completely transparent about a couple of minor issues and went out of his way to address them. In the end, we couldn’t wait for a part to arrive and had to move on, but his honesty and the way he handled everything showed us he’s a man of his word.
